Primary Loan Products:
Commercial Real Estate Loans
With as little as 10% down we can finance commercial, industrial and investment properties. Terms are 10 years and amortization up to 25 years. Transaction types include construction, purchase, refinance, expansion and renovation. Remember, through syndication we are able to spread risk and consider more projects than an individual lender is capable of financing.
Term Loans
Loan amounts are generally $25,000 to $7,500,000 per transaction. We offer both fixed and variable rate options for the following purposes: Purchase of Capital Assets, Permanent Working Capital, Business Acquisition, or for Refinancing Existing Debt.
Lines of Credit
Domestic: Our interest rates depend on the credit of the borrowing entity, but are generally floating over WSJ Prime and can be used for any general purpose.
International: Interest rates vary offshore, but we primarily offer our credit facilities through various insurance companies located in the Bahamas and Bermuda. We have over 150+ funding resources with a variety of rates and terms depending on the clients business needs. Minimum transaction: $10 Million.
Equipment & Aircraft
We offer leasing and financing programs starting at $50,000. This includes heavy equipment and all types of aircraft. We offer terms from three to as long as twenty years with extremely attractive rates and payments. We offer a quick turnaround on these transactions.
Private Equity
We represent a number of private investors. In 2010 they are mostly seeking undervalued commercial real estate with significant upside potential. If the project is the right fit, it is not uncommon to arrange 100% financing for the right borrower and property. If the story makes sense, we will often participate in the transaction. At this time, we are primarily interested in bank acquisitions, retail, multifamily, office and industrial properties.
